I had trouble adjusting my coffee sweeteners/creamers so I just went to drinking it black. I found I much prefer it that way so now my only concern is watching the amount of caffeine before I switch to my daily decaf. Maybe give that a try?

I'm pretty good about not drinking soda other than plain seltzer no calorie and I do drink water, and the water is increasing but I struggle with my coffee habit. I drink decaffeinated coffee after noon time(4-5 cups thru evening) and I add powdered creamer, alot, and its costing me in calories. I want something hot and I seem to really enjoy the creamer but its gotta go or at least cut in half?
