I usually have a small carb source before my workout (oatmeal, toast, banana, etc) and a more protein-focused snack after, such as greek yogurt or a protein shake.

I workout early in the morning and don't feel like eating much before. I do drink energize from BeachBody before a workout to wake me up. After the workout, I have my breakfast which is usually a veggie omelet in a wrap.

I'm trying to set myself up for success and am sticking to my plan. What do you eat/drink before and after a workout? I know it's important and that you need to eat eat between 30 - 90 minutes after, but what and how much?
