Your Sodium has two entries. One of your Sodium shows "Sodium, Na 0 - 2,300mg " Our body NEEDS some sodium.

Sodium is an essential electrolyte and the minimum is 500mg (my SP generated ranges 500 - 2,300mg).

Hi,

Our program typically sets the goal range at 3500 - 4700 mg for a healthy adult. So you might want to delete one of those entries and modify the other one. If you need help with that, I can do it for you. Just let me know.

this is from my lap top screen page. As you can see there are two Potassium values, I really just want to know which one do I follow? 2000-3500mg or 4500-6000 mg?

Hi MARVAL4,

I checked your account and it looks like you added the 2 entries for Potassium; our system did not generate them. You can go into your Nutrition Goals and remove one of them.

I also see you have several SparkPeople accounts. Is it possible you are signing into a different account on your iPad and that is why you would see different info there? If that is not the case, could you take a screenshot of the two different charts so I can see the same thing you are seeing and maybe help with this better?

If I scroll down farther it has the potassium 4700-6000 msg. It’s weird. On a perfect day I don’t think I could get 6000 mags, but, I’m trying!

It’s funny because the charts are different on my laptop than on my iPad.

I track my Potassium - I just had a look right through what we can track - It shows as

"Consume between 3500 & 4700 mg of Potassium, K"

but I can't find it being shown a second time.

I'm confused that Potassium, K is located in two areas of the Weekly Tracker the first one suggest a 2000 to 3500 mg and farther down it says 4500-6000mg. I have low potassium and its important that I track my potassium intake but I don't know which one I should use...any ideas?
