I’d check liver enzymes in addition to what urbanredneck listed. Go to an ER.

My abdominal pain was diagnosed as gallbladder attack. I had never heard of such a thing. They had to remove the gallbladder.

It's the journey. We can do this.

Please seek medical treatment. Several years ago I had bad "stomach" Pain. I thought it would eventually go away. It began getting worse, so I went to my room and laid down in bed. The pain became unbearable and I called family and they took me to the ER. I collapsed when I walked through the door. They could not find a pulse, and my body temp was 93 degrees. They told me had I waited any longer I would have died laying in my bed. The problem was Pancreatitis.

Please take your symptoms seriously. It's not worth dying over.

I hope you went to the ER or an urgency clinic. Not having a primary care doctor is not a good excuse to seek out help for something that could be serious.

Thus said, I certainly understand your frustration with keto. I tried a plan that was higher fat, not quite keto but high fat nonetheless. I lost a bit then it all came back and I felt like crap. Had I known it was a high fat (38%), I would have skipped it lol. Back to a more traditional plan for me.

Go to the ER!

That kind of pain can indicate gallstones / infection of the gallbladder / infection in the pancreas and a whole lot of other potentially fatal issues. Please treat it seriously and go to the ER.

Hoping it is something more minor, but it is not worth getting sicker by putting it off until it is critical.

No urgent care facility that may have shorter waits than an ER? I just really think it is important you get that checked out. Any advice you may get online (from very well meaning members) would be guesswork without knowing what is really going on with your belly. For sure, I would eat bland foods for now until you can get yourself looked at.

I hope you improve soon!

Thanks for replying! Unfortunately I don't have a family doctor because health care isn't the greatest where I live right now, so if I get desperate I'd have to sit in emergency for 5 hours...

I'm sorry to hear that! I would be calling the doctor. Your stomach should not be hurting for this long.

Wishing you the best!

I did Keto for a month and instead of transitioning off properly I overate on carbs and sugar for 4 days, last Sunday I started to feel pain in my stomach so I stopped eating, expecting it to be gone the next day. Instead for the past week, it hurts just about every time I eat. The more I eat, the worse it gets. Anyone have any idea what's going on inside my body and how I can fix it???
