I did not do this by following a diet or a plan, just tried limiting what I ate and watch what I ate. I've been doing sport activities at the beginning of the journey but none lately. I've started at 104 kgs I'm now at 85-86 which feels good. I'm a bit worried now as I don't have much appetite, and can not really eat much at all, I feel full very soon after I start eating, even though some days I'm not eating much at all.... Long story short my diet since forever has been very poor. Since the last 2 weeks, I’ve completely changed my diet. I mainly only drink water. Thu, 5 Sep 2019 15:02:03 EST Any ideas to tame my cookie monster? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=7&imparent=50023496 I really do crave cookies, and even though I always bring a list with me when I go food shopping, I almost always come home with something that is too high-calorie and too irresistible for me to eat in a controlled portion, so I wind up blowing my calorie budget for at least the next two days. Any suggestions before I go food shopping again? I was thinking of aiming to go cold turkey and not buy anything close to being a cookie, but that kind of feels like punishment. Wed, 4 Sep 2019 20:51:32 EST Help- weight loss plan http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=7&imparent=50014973 Hi. I have been working out 3-4 days a week and following a high protein low fat and carb diet and not seeing any results on the scale. My protein goal is 190g, carbs is 166g and fat is 53g. Total calorie target is 1900 which I do not exceed. Averaging around 1500-1700 a day. I am 6’5, 240lbs. I stay under my numbers every day. It’s so frustrating. I am putting time in at gym and eating better and no weight loss. Help.
