Hi Barb, welcome to the team!
It is great you have the pink book, we have a separate message board for each day of the program, so you can check what other readers before you thought about it.

The blue (Beck Diet Traps) book is not really new, but it came out after the pink (Beck Diet Solution) book, and builds on the basic skills we learned from the pink book - focusing on 10 specific challenging food situations (the traps).

Maintenance Lessons Learned:
-go on with the healthy lifestyle learned in weight loss phase
-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings

I found this team from reading a couple of blogs this morning referencing Beck. They turned out to be a reminder! I actually have the pink book on my bookshelf. I'm in a good space right now with the weight game, but I know some stressful times may be ahead and I'm a 'planner' by nature, so I thought I'd drag out my book, dust it off (ahem) and start to find out about those strategies for dealing with 'things' I may have missed somewhere along the way.

But I see a 'Blue" book referenced...is it new?
