Hi! Are you still looking for a coach?

In that case send me a sparkmail - I don't get notifications of new posts on threads because I live in Europe and SP struggles with Europe's privacy laws....

Hi! I am on day 5 of The Beck Diet Solution book and I am in need of a coach. Anybody here able to help me out? Maybe I could be your coach too? I'm pretty shy/introverted but I will try my best to be a good coach. Due to limited spoons ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoon_
theory ) I would only be able to coach one person though.
