-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings

Hi I just listened to the audio book for The Beck Diet Solution. I am pretty sure is the missing factor in my successful weightloss efforts. Stinking Thinking is pretty much my reason for failing to maintain my weightloss momentum.
I,however, am getting to Day one and she says there is a cd that I need to have and to put in into my pc to bring up the “Reason I Want to Lose Weight Chart” cd 4. I looked for this CD version but I cannot find it anywhere. It is suppose to bring up pdf’s. If anyone can help me locate these CD’s of her book so I can start it this way please lead me to where I can order them at. I know there is a Workbook (which I have) but pdf’s I can print out and fill in and I can make copies of this chart. I know I also could print it from the Workbook too but pdf’s are what I do best with. Can’t wait to meet all of you all here in this forum. And Thank You in Advance for any help you all can share for me on this issue. 👍🏻
