You've taken great strides, and I'm sure your hard work will pay off!
I too had problems with tracking my foods to start with. Once I got all my 'normal' foods (foods I normally eat) added to my favorites list, it got easier and easier. So hang in there!

Welcome Callie. The nutrition tracking will get easier as you get the foods in that you eat. Give grouping a try for things that you usually eat together, like vitamins or supplements. Also, try out the "copy" item for food you eat every day or so. It will get much easier.

Hi,

My name is Callie and I have 50 lbs to lose. I am off to a great start with SP.

I like the official SP challenges. SP Official Healthy Cooking Challenge and SP Official 'Eat Up, Slim Down' Challenge

Here are the changes I have made so far:
1. Planning meals now
2. Drinking 2.2 L of H2O per day
3. Keeping fruit in bowls throughout my house
Lastly, Tracking my food calories with (wow....lots of work there, but gotta do it!) ...
