Hello to all. I am a 57 year old grandmother whom has been overweight my entire life. Now that I have become older I have really slowed down. I need to be able to keep up with and be here for my grandchildren. I am a very picky eater. Im not sure how I am going to deal with this but I know I must. I like many vegetables cooked but I add butter or cheese. I don't like any raw vegetables. Salads are really a joke for me. Small amount of lettuce, eggs, cheese, lots of dressing. I do not like any fish or seafood. Occasionally will eat chicken. We had chicken every Sat. and Sun. until I left home. I can hardly stand it. I do like bananas but that is it on the fruit scale. I dont eat alot of sweets. I like meat and potatoes and condiments seem to be a huge problem for me. When I used my meal tracker I had more calories etc. in the butter and ketchup I had at supper. That was a real eye opener. Im sure I will learn.
