Hi NJGIRL and emoticon .

I hope you find that Spark is a wonderful, supportive place.

The best thing I've found for overcoming my pickiness is to add one new food at a time, and try it several different ways. I've always hated salad until I realized I hate dressing and iceberg lettuce. But I love spring mix topped with a bit of A1 sauce!

It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you're moving.

first I want to thank hearts116 bc I saw on your page that you were part of this program..I wld never have known about this one if I hadn't seen your page. I just started spark a few days ago, so everything is new...I feel like I'm playing catch up! my name is Jill…im hoping to get myself back to where I was about 4 yes ago but this time actually do it the right way...slowly..but I don't like a lot of foods that most ppl will say "this is best to eat when on diet" blah blah blah..I don't like fish, beans, peppers...and a whole list more! I! hoping I can find recipe that incorporates foods that I like but that are easy to make.
