Hello Everyone! I'm Lia! I live in Canada in the fabulous greater Toronto area, and work a hectic office job that keeps me sitting for 8-10 hrs a day. I've always been heavy, but with school and previous jobs I was always able to keep my weight down around 200-250. I'm currently at 353lbs and not my heaviest (that was 400lbs at the end of highschool), but I definitely do not want to get that heavy again.
I've been toying with changing my eating and fitness patterns over the past 7 months since I graduated and started my career, but it seems the only thing I've progressed in is putting the weight on.
I'm 27, single and living with my sister and her in-laws, and working a late afternoon shift sometimes makes eating and/or eating healthy a challenge.
So here I am! I'm always a firm believer that if you keep your goals active in your mind and tell others that you're more likely to achieve them.
