Take this first week to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Personally, I spent my first week learning to use the tools, and just tracking everything I was already eating and doing for exercise. It gave me a baseline to work from. It also gave me a chance to really decide what my goals were, and how to get there.

Hi Fatheya and welcome to spark! Believing that you CAN do it is half the battle won. I have spent over 10 years being obese and never really believed in myself that I could make those changes and lose the weight. Being here on spark has really helped though. I made small changes and set myself small attainable goals that I can reach, but most important I NEVER give up, not after a bad day or a weekend of binge eating!! Use spark and the trackers as much as you can, join some teams and browse the spark pages and add some friends, oh and make your own spark page too - its where people will come to find out more about you, give you encouragement and see how you're doing!

Hi. My name is Fatheya. i have been struggling with obesity for 5 years now. tit all started during my first pregnancy. after that, i became like a snowball, kept adding more kilos to my body. i used to weight 75 kilos for many years but now, i wieght over 100 kilos! i lose my mind each time i am naked and look at myself in the mirror..i decide to make a change and get down each time i am angry or upset- i consider food as a friend who comforts me! i dont have friends and work as a teacher. i have great relations with my family though, my sisters and mother.

i need this site to gain strenght and belief that i can do it... i pray i could...i want to beleive that i can do it for once and for all!
