Hi,

I signed up for Beachbody on Demand in June 2019. I didn't log in and do any workouts until last week! But last week I started with the 21 Day Fix. I am on Day 4 today and understanding how simple these workouts are to stick to. They don't feel overwhelming and I'm really enjoying the positive aches and pains in my muscles! They are working!! I've been struggling with my weight forever but my most recent struggle began in May 2017. I had finally lost all my excess weight and made my personal goal in March of 2016 and kept most of it off until it slowly crept back up in 2017. By May I had gained it all back! I remember throwing out my "fat" clothes and saying, this is it, I am never gaining this weight back again. But I slowly watched the scale creep up and up and up and then reach the top. It was so depressing and I let it happen. I watched it go up and didn't do anything about it. After 3 years of going up and down between 10 lbs. I am now determined to lose that weight again! I am going to FL in March and using that as my main goal. I bought 3 new swimsuits to try on and keep me motivated as I go through this journey again.

My immediate goal is to lose 25 lbs, but my ultimate goal is to lose 35 lbs.

I am going to turn 39 in one month. And as they say, as you age it gets harder to lose weight. Do you find this true?
