Walking is excellent exercise, there are some that I use, walking exercise videos that are wonderful, and I'm sure there are a lot more here on SparkPeople. Sounds like you're on the right track with the eating right, too. Wonderful. I would suggest doing your spark page, too, as this is a place you can do anything, start a blog and keep track of how you're doing; what you're doing; get rid of those emotions that aren't good for you; or just talk with others. It's a wonderful instrument to use while on this path to health. Also, go for your spark points, once you spin, it takes you to a list of areas here on SP, and each one you go to (do for points) you not only get more points, but you learn where everything is, it's very helpful.

Once upon a time, I weighed 125 lbs. Now I don't. My son just turned 4, and I still have the baby weight, 10 lbs of which I have lost & gained. Earlier last year, I was working with a health coach through my health insurance provider, but I switched jobs and, of course,switched insurance & lost my coach. I'm not super-active, but I do enjoy walking. I love to cook, and am actually pretty good at it. One thing I was working on with the coach was transitioning to Clean Eating, and I'm about 75% there. I need help staying on track.
