Welcome, SusieQue...glad to have you with us; I love it here because there's always place to get rid of things that are bothering you; a place that helps with nutrition, and a ton of information.

Try doing the spark Points, that'll take you a a page where there are other things to "explore" and get more points.

Start your page, too, because that'll let others help you out, and you can get rid of any emotions you have on that page, because you have a place to write them out. Don't be afraid to do that, many of us do, and it helps so much.

If you need anything, remember, we're all in the same boat, using the same paddles...we can help each other, and will!! emoticon

Hello everyone, I am not sure what to say just that I decided to finally do something to start getting my weight off. I saw a few videos that looked fun, they were short and looked like they would keep my interest so I decided to join and see if I can do it. Thanks
