Thank You All for the welcome and encouragement. I was out of town for 2x last month and causes a set back in my weight loss. I need to get in more cardio. I do weights 3x a week and have just recently increased the weight and added a few more exercises. I also thinking of doing some workout videos at home. I will be starting back on the turbo cycle on Monday.

Welcome, Sheba, congrats on the 35.6 pound weight loss, that's amazing!! You are doing fantastic, remember, too, that you could be losing inches, which is just as great, Starting at 240.4 and down to 204.8...wow...keep up the awesome work..you are definitely on the right track! Good luck to you, too, and again, congratulations, I'm so proud of you..and I'll bet we all are! emoticon

I started doing Choose to Lose Extreme Weight Loss diet plan on September 8, 2014. When I started carb cycling I weighed 240.4 Lbs. I used mostly the Turbo cycle. I lost only 35.6 Lbs so far. But I just keep trying. I also belong to a gym and lift weights 3x a week and try to do cardio 2 to 3x a week. I need to do better on Saturdays. Sunday is my reward day. At the highest weight I know of I weighed 262.5. Before I did carb cycling, I just counted calories. I joined Spark people when I weighed 214. Last Saturday my weigh in day I weighed 204.8 Lbs. My goal weight is 142 Lbs. Good Luck, Everyone!
