You certainly sound busy! I cooked a big batch of vegetable soup yesterday. When I got home from work this evening I was taking the very large Tupperware bowl out of the refrigerator and I dropped it. Needless to say I have to start all over again. So much for preparing ahead! I will keep trying. Have a great night

Hi, Kathy, glad to have you on board. check out the nutrition area, it gives you great ideas for things to eat, and how many calories, etc they have, also. The recipe section is also great in helping finding things to eat.

I try to pick out things on my nutrition area, then I put them in little plastic bags which I can just grab when I need them, that way they're all ready to go, I don't have to do the "counting out, etc", I just grab and enjoy. I try to make recipes ahead of time, not only is that helpful in planning meals, but it gives me more time during the day to get other things done (which right now if very important with planning our daughter's wedding in 2 weeks, and fundraisers which I'm involved with, and my niece's wedding in 3 weeks).

We all learn to cope with what we do, in order to get by; as you go along you'll learn how to do things that will make everything run smoothly. Good luck, I have faith in you!

Hi my name is Kathy. I live in New berlin. I'm excited to join the team wisconsin. I started salespeople last week. My trouble is finding things to eat. I tracked everyday and figured out that I don't eat nearly enough. Any help with meal planning would be appreciated.
