welcome ....so glad to have you on the team .... I lost 35 lbs last year but sure have not this year .... I have maintained but with so much going on I haven't "committed" like I should .... please join us on our next get together .... we are definitely good for each other...join us on the chats ...

where to begin first i am not a joiner but i can't seem to get this done on my own so i will try this and join this group if that okay with you. My name s Sue I grew up in the Detroit area and moved to Ohio in 68. I went to work at a local hospital in Middletown and stayed there until 2013 when I retired. After the death of my husband in Dec.2013 My step daughter talked me into moving in to Dayton where if I needed help he could. I have been blessed with 3 beautiful daughters all his. I was married to him for 30 great years and the girls are good to me.
As for me a year ago my weight was 298 now it is down on the 250 and I just seem to bounce around between to 255 and 245. I am 69 and move slowly with a walker or cane. Just recently I tried to go to back to swimming but having a hard time getting to the pool as often as I would like. Enough about me. You all have a great and blessed day.
