If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. Joined Spark a few days ago. About 4 years ago was diagnosed as Gluten Sensitive and about a year later it had become Celiac. No-one else in my family has it. Once I was diagnosed and got off all gluten stuff, my migraines went away and was able to get off all my meds for it.
On Hubby side of family, my nieces both have Celiac. They were little when found out and now they are college age. They have been a big help for me.

The one thing I miss the most is bread. I have not found decent one yet. Many brands are off limits to me as they have sea salt. Severe fish/shellfish allergy so even sea salt can send me into anaphylactic shock. The other thing I miss is tortillas. Corn ones just don't have the same taste or texture. At least with that I found I like using romaine lettuce as a substitute.

Always expect the unexpected that way you will never be surprised.
