Hi, I'm completely new to Spark People. I've been struggling with ME/CFS for the past 2 years, although prior to getting ill I was at the gym 6x a week! Anyway, it's time for me to get my life back so I have been slowly re-introducing exercise (mainly yoga). My current goal it to complete Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred in a timely fashion. I completed day 5 today, and I feel good!
