Got a spark fitness monitor about a month ago and have started walking a LOT more. I am getting psyched to change my eating habits but right now I'm happy to be meeting my activity goals.

Welcome again! You are so right! You must walk the walk. Try, try again. I am a maintainer now but I had many times of trying it again. I see the scale go up a little I am back to eating healthier and exercising more. I weigh myself every week to make sure I am still doing the things I should be doing to be healthy.
