You can do it. The Spark trackers can be a very useful tool.
Explore all the resources Sparks has to offer.
Start with one change & gradually increase them as you go.
Exercise is key. Do what you can, mix it up so you don't get bored.
Ask for help & never give up.

I have lost and regained weight many times. As age and a few health issues provide new motivation, I am here and I am determined to lose 100 pounds. Seriously, if I lost 50, I'd be thrilled! At age 58, the prospect of pain-free joints and improved blood pressure are my motivation rather than the size 10 dresses that were my motivation at age 28. I hope to be able to offer encouragement to others, too. 2015 is my year - and I hope to make some friends here along the way.
