My name is John. Greetings, I like millions of people have been battling weight loss my whole life. I have been on so many diets, I've tried so many diet plans to NO avail. I'm weighing in at 224 lbs. When I go to the doctor's office I'm looking for the truck scales, instead of the regular weight scales [just kidding.. L.O.L.] Anyway, my first goal is to see 200 lbs. in November 2015; my next goal is to be 160 lbs. in March 2016. Realistic goals per this website----losing 8 lbs. per month. Sounds easy---we all know that it is achievable, I will need some serious help from time to time. I'm, retired, I have C.O.P.D., I do have an part time job as an independent contractor that I do as much as I can. Most of the time I have little to no energy, I believe allot has to do with my weight. Other than my C.O.P.D. I have really been blessed with very good health, which I'm very thankful for all of the time. At my age, plus C.O.P.D. I need to lose this 64 lbs. sooner then later. I'm wanting to do this in a healthy way, then learn to keep the weight off for good. I have been told I have came to the right place.
