Hi Jenny! Welcome!! What types of food do you eat? Do you eat microwave meals, fast food, etc.? I did for a long time and never lost weight, just stayed within a zone. Try fresh food. Homemade meals. I know it takes more time, but the taste is better and its better for you. That's what I ended up doing and it really helped me. Keep in touch and let us know how it goes!!

So, my name is Jenny. I found out last year that I have hypothyroidism. Not too happy about that. I exercise like crazy, cut out alot of food items and never lose weight. If anything I gain it. I told my doctor I can easily gain 5-10 lbs a week and then lose it again. Makes no sense considering the amount of calories one has to eat to do that. I once gained 4 lbs in a day and did nothing different than normal. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out a way ahead. Starting with joining Spark People again and next a food journal. I have 100 lbs to lose but thinking about that number freaks me out. I'm looking forward to it and have confidence in myself.
