Good for you. Watch that knee injury, though. All the best.

Making progress. Down to 291 again, finally! Making an effort to get in those 10k steps a day. I have cut my food to 1200 kcals per day, reduced carbs to 50 grams, upped the water and toned down the "extreme" workouts. (Less hard cardio.) Seems to be working!

I just can't seem to get below 150. The scale keeps jumping up and down. But that's my goal...get below 150.

1. One hour of aerobics plus strength training 6 days this week
2. 1200-1400 calories daily
3. No less than 12 cups of water daily

I lost, but not enough to be able to count since I had gained a little with the BD celebration. I'm sticking with my new program...working out twice daily on most days. My goal for this week is 2 pounds. (I sound like that guy on celebrity fit club.)

Thanks Stacey for posting here again. I had forgotten about it. (Getting old, you know.) I'm going to try something new this week. I plan to add a brief cardio in the morning (30 minutes), then do the swimsuit bootcamp videos and other stength training exercises. In the evening I'll do my usual one hour heavy-duty cardio, spinning and step classes. I want to see if cardio twice a day makes any difference. I'll be going to an out-of-town wedding in 3 weeks and I would love to be solidly below 150. So my goal is to lose 2 pounds this week.

I have stayed committed to my goals all month!!! I am one take charge Kimmy. I lost a total of 6lbs this month. Pretty good for an old gal. Yesterday I worked 7hrs, hard yard wk. This morning it was a 2lb difference from friday. So that told me I really have to get more activity, and that means I can add more fun to my day!!!

This weeks goals are:
Keep doing what I am doing Nutritionally.
Keep up my weight traing and cardio.
Get up 1hr earlier, so I can add 1hr more fun activity to my day such as walking or biking.

I didn't plan ahead last week, food wise. The result is I haven't lost any weight, then again I didn't put any on either. So I have planned the week 'till Friday and will be going shopping this morning.
Last week I also went to work in the car instead of walking but the weather has been so bad I didn't want to sit in work wet.
Lets hope the weather is better next week so I can get back to my walking.

Even with not being able to exercise this week, I still lost 1 pound. I will stick to the same plan, but start back slowly with the aerobic exercise...no lifting weights for another week or so. Goal for this week...2 pounds.

Even with a wedding last weekend and Easter this weekend, I lost 2.4 pounds. This is working, so I'm sticking with the same weekly goals. I want to lose 2 pounds this week.

emoticon I dropped two pounds. I didn't go down in my measurements though...I think I must have measured incorrectly when I started.

I have revved up my excercise routine and added green tea into my day during my moment of reflection during the day and added more fresh fruit and veggies to my diet.

I met my daily exercise goals, plus some. Went over on my calories on Saturday and my water intake was down over the weekend. I lost 1.6 pounds this week. Not the 3 pounds I wanted, but I'll take it. My waist and hip measurements dropped (Must be all that conga line dancing!) My goals for this week are the same. I want to lose 2.2 pounds.

Here goes, I haven't done this before.
My goals this week are:-
1. Track EVERY piece of food that goes past my lips.
2. Make sure I drink at least 2ltrs of water per day.
3. Do an extra 15 minute cardio workout every day.
4. Be more positive.

Lets see how I go on.

emoticon

An addition to the above goals, today I have made a resolve to remove all caffeine from my diet and STOP SMOKING

This week I am taking the class Oprah is offering on the book, "A New Earth." I have been listening to the audio and reading along to make it more interesting. The author is reading it to me so it is nice listening for voice fluctuations.

I am also searching for local hiking trails. I love to go walking and meditate on my day. Love all the little sounds I hear along a quite trail.

I achieved my last weeks goals. I lost 1lb. I was a little disappointed with that this morning, I wanted more. I feel so much stronger so I will hold on to that, and be thankful for it!!
My #1 goal for this week is to add strength training to my routine. Work harder than I think I can!
2. Drink 10 8oz glasses of water daily.
3. Love the opportunity to stay on my healthy eating plan. I am so fortunate to have the abundance of beautiful healthy colorful foods to nourish and strengthen my body.
4. Add 10 more minutes a day to my cardio and enjoy it!!
I can and I will and I will have fun doing it!
5. Love myself!!! emoticon
