Hi

well i joined weightwatchers to support hubby (who has a bit more than me to lose) at the beginning of the week, we are signed up for online and meeting, and will be going to our first meeting tomorrow, which we are both quite nervous about, not being the most socially adept people.

we are on smartpoints, but i am continuing to track on here as well.

i am finding the few of days i have done hard, using up nearly all my weeklies already, as a single chocolate bar uses over a third of my dailies, and payday is our monthly takeout, so I guess you can imagine what that did to my points emoticon

Well there is an added incentive that if I lose 10lb in the first 8weeks they will give me a 40 voucher towards clothes at Very.co.uk so I am determined.
