Welcome! I like the points system now more than past versions. I like the zero point foods. Those are things that are healthy and learning that the foods to watch are other foods. Its the other foods that are my trouble foods. When I go back to tracking with calories, I'll incorporate some of what I'm learning from following Weight Watchers.

Hello and welcome!
For me personally, it did take a bit of getting used to the points system, but now I could never go back to merely counting calories. Itís not only easier, it tends to steer you towards healthier choices.

Just wanted to say hello! I'm a 36 y/o writer and mom of 2 boys with 20 lbs to lose. I usually work out, eat clean, and track calories/macros/fiber. For some reason, following a points system sounds easier than tracking the nitty-gritty details. Happy to "meet" you all!
