Hello and welcome!
I've been doing Weight Watchers online since August when I was getting ready for a new job. I've been on Sparkpeople since 2008. I've really liked the WW program. I was doing the no counting vegetables for a long time anyway. I like the freedom with the zero point foods, but I'm considering for financial reasons to stop Weight Watchers. I track on both WW and Spark. I think I need to simplify anyway.

Hi Everyone!
I'm a retired and on disability music teacher from New England (Rhode Island, specifically). I just had to make the uncomfortable decision to leave WW (financial) and am so excited that there is a WW Spark Team. I will be checking in each day. I've had 4 joint replacements in just under 2 years (severe degenerative joint disease). I have a wonderful hubby, 2 grown married incredible daughters, and 3.3 grandkids .... a 4 yr old granddaughter, 3 year old and 15 month old grandson, and a grandson due in late June. I'm really excited to be here and could use a buddy. I have 50 - 60 lbs to lose and would be happy to have half of that off in year 1 and the remaining in year 2. I know that slow and steady wins the race and, although I'm getting much stronger after the joint replacements, there are a lot of fitness things that I can't do yet.

Thanks for letting me join you! Wishing for each of you a healthy, personally productive and successful 2018.
