hi welcome to the team .so much support here .you sound like me coming back again and again but ww is the only thing that helps me to loose weight .i think i have done most versions of ww several times have been close to goal think i can do this by myself and gain all i have lost +

Hi, I am not new I was a new member when I was diagnosed with breast cancer so I have been busy getting well and I am Cancer free, thank God! I am so pleased and I learned so much about myself through the whole experience. Glad to be back. MARY emoticon

welcome i dont know what ww company think but i would say use a program that you understand and works for you .
i love spark people have been here before but never made a full commitment but this time the 2 teams i wanted to join had no leader so i stepped up .worked so well for me i have become committed to these women and to my own journey .these women are so honest and supportive you just wont believe it .
i am fighting a dodgy knee at the moment having fallen over and broke my knee cap its healing well but has taken time .i found it really hit me in the independence .i live alone away from family and like to think i am self sufficient so taking health was not easy
once again so pleased you joined us.

Hello, I'm Marsha from TN but use my nickname Mick on Sparks. I joined WE online in 2016 and lost over 100 lbs. because I wanted to have a hip replacement. That happened the end of 2017. I did very well but began to struggle when the program added all the point free foods. I have arthritis and stenosis in my spine, arthritis bad in both knees and remaining hip. I was working out until my spine began getting worse and worse. I quit and WW changed the program again, and I lost all momentum and began gaining. I could find nothing there to encourage me other than some people on Connect. I quit WW and joined Spark Premium and am finding so much more motivation and encouragement here. I joined this team because I understand the plan and terminology. Actually, in many ways I relate to WW previous plan than counting calories. My current Why is that I badly need a knee replacement but don't want to do it until I lose the weight I regained. 35 lbs. Will get me to a good place, and I never want to gain back all the weight I lost.

Hey everybody! I just joined this group last week. I joined WW on and off all last year. I did lose a “stubborn” 5 pounds through the year. I even lost a few more or maintained during end of the year holidays. emoticon

I thought a lot about my “why” and what I was putting in my mouth. I ride my bike several days each week and walk every day, with varying intensity.

I stopped eating meat (mostly) a few weeks ago. Still some fish here and there. Phasing our dairy and animal by-products too. emoticon I feel a lot better. Gotta drink more water though, just hydrating in general. Had cut out soda for a few weeks but picked it back up this week. emoticon Though not As much. But going to get rid of it too! I know that’s what really kicked the few pounds off over the past few weeks as well as more veggies and a few fruits and whole grains.


2019 is our year! ;)

Hi, I'm Juju and I'm back again on SP and back with WW for the second time. I previously lost 50 pounds with WW in 2002-2003. I've tried the "do it on my own" thing, and of course, that didn't turn out as good as I wanted. Re-joined WW August 24, 2018.

Highest Weight: 235
Starting Weight WW: 223
Current Weight: 207

I feel a little like a member of the "Turtle Club", but I'm doing it! Saw my doctor yesterday and he was very pleased with all my efforts.
