Love all the tips! Tomorrow will be my first weigh-in. I think I have lost weight, but I definitely have to watch the zero points.
Thanks everyone!

So far doing good. My husband I work opposite shifts so I eat alone a lot. I need to work on sitting at the table and not in front of the tv, even when it's just me.

Thanks for the tips everyone.
I'm doing my best to track before I eat, so there are no surprises and limit eating while I'm doing other things (working at my desk, watching tv).

I like Freestyle with the zero point foods, but I have to make them work for me instead of eating them just because they are zero points. I still watch amounts and portions. I plan my food. I use the zero point foods to eat when I need something between meals. Keep track of how many you are eating. You have to limit them just like anything else. But, they can be a tool. I am also doing intermittent fasting and I use a banana or piece of fruit when I have to have something after my eating window. I also use zero point foods for days when I know I have something going on where I'll be eating more than normal. Zero point foods will comprise any other meals I eat. They take the guilt out of eating something I didn't realize would be that many points.

Hey Wen....
Welcome to WW....
The zero points can do ones head in however once you get to grips with it I think it is the best and easiest program they have ever developed....especially that I am vegeterian so it has made it easier....
Don't just eat zero point food or you will gain weight....have a mixture however if you have had a full point day you can still have a filling meal at night with zero points....
Trust that makes some kind of sense

It worked for me at 59 because I was determined that it had to work, I like puzzles so making it work was a great puzzle. My husband was so worried about my health he would have done anything to help me get healthy. The next time you binge count what you are eating and calculate the points. I did it with chips and lost my taste for them. Try to avoid the mindless eating, then ask how much do you want to lose weight?

I'm not new to SP but I'm new to this WW program. It's been a few years since I've done WW so the whole 0 point food list is new to me. I've been kind of muddling on my own the last few months and stress eating, so it's not working. As in the weight is going up and my health is going down. I decided to give WW online another try because I need the structure (I can't juggle meeting times in my area right now) and get active again on SP for support.
