I see my last post was Feb..16 when I had just rejoined WW after many years.
I knew I was ready to succeed and am thrilled to be down 29.6 lbs. Feeling awesome. The classes are of course now virtual and I have to say It has not derailed me from staying the course.I still find it helpful to connect with people on Spark People and do challenges. Lots of great advice and recipes here and some really encouraging people.

I have been an off and on( more off) member of WW since 1980. I have seen changes but never saw the support I got from teams here on Spark.
I have decided to give WW a chance again with the help of Spark Friends and family.

I made it to lifetime in the 80s and have started back and quit several times over the years. I came back in 2018 and love the new program and all the friends Iíve made. Workshops are key and Iím loving purple. The app is super easy to track, the restaurant list is terrific SO much easier. Since Iím a bit more mature now Iím losing slowly but thatís ok. Iím eating much healthier. Welcome to the team!

Great decision.I couldn't do it without the meetings and the great people that I now call my friends. I made it to my goal weight for the first time about 3 months ago. I had been a WW member many times and always quit before I made it very far. I am on the blue program right now but have been thinking about trying purple.

It's been many years. I'm a lifetime WW member who at one point had lost 108 lbs. Climbed halfway back up the ladder over the years. I decided on the spur of the moment yesterday to walk through those doors again. Great decision. It's like a light switch came on. I know I'm ready again and will give it my all. My food program colour right now is purple.

I need to be weighed by someone- hence the decision not to do the online version. Maybe down the road I will do online but right now I need the live connections. Can't wait to get back to goal.

If it doesnít challenge you, it wonít change you!
