Thank you for your comments! I am still struggling and can't figure out why I am fine all day long and then when 6:00 hits I just get the urge to eat everything in sight. I wonder if I am just tired. I am just taking it 1 evening at a time. At least I know that I am not alone!! emoticon

It is my constant struggle. still haven't gotten on top of it, but drinking some herbal tea during the times I tend to snack helps sometimes.

I think one of the questions on the site was - what foods fill you up the most - I said an apple - because once I eat an apple I usually don't feel like eating anything for a couple of hours. That being said I have a crazy evening schedule most times as my son works retail and doesn't even get off work until 9 and doesn't walk out of the store until 9:30ish. I usually eat lunch around 2-3 so I don't make a dinner and I'm usually hungry by the time I have to pick him up so instead of going thru fast food I'll eat an apple

I used to come home from work and snack while I made dinner.

I started reading about healthy snacks with protein and complex cards to take the edge off my hunger. So, many days before I'd leave work, I'd eat a gala Apple sliced up and dipped in a little peanut butter or wheat thins in peanut butter.

Keep trying till you find what works for you!

Evening!! I have a quick question for you all!! I have been really struggling with evening over eating. I do great throughout the day but when I get home I just can't stop eating. Does anyone have a similar issue?? Any tips?? I am going out of my mind trying to figure it out!! :P
