I was out of town last week and I definitely put on a few extra pounds. I am challenging myself by consuming a protein shake diet to detox and then continue with a diet of meats and vegetables. I'm gonna lose it!

This will be a good team for me, as I do better when I
have a group to help me keep on track. And I like to have
challenges that change often. Makes it interesting to try to just do them
with the rest of the group.
