Great, you can do it! What marathon are you doing? I finished my first in Cleveland in May.

Hi I am Debra and I am going to run my first marathon in October. I began training today. I have ran several 5K's but never tried a marathon. A friend of mine and I are running it together. This is her third marathon so she had been trying to get me to run one for a couple years now but after seeing how much she has lost and how great of shape she is in, I feel like it is time for me to run. A little about me, I am a mom to 12 kids and three exchange students and I have four grandchildren. I love live and just recently went to college and received my teaching degree. If I set my mind to something I can do it so this is what I am doing this time.

Debra
