Welcome, that is awesome that you have lost 16#. You can do this, just remember no matter how many times you do this the key is to keep trying, to believe in yourself and love yourself enough to make the right choices..

How would you treat your best friend you would do anything for that person, treat yourself the same way love and treat yourself the way you want others to treat you and the way you treat them. Remember that in order to work on this journey you have to work on the whole you and that includes those emotions.

I have ben on this journey for a long time but something has clicked and the one think i know now that never got into my head before was that i love myself. I see myself in the mirror and see a different part of my my inner and outer beauty. I know I am worth every effort it takes to make myself healthy it shows i care about myself it gave me confidence so i am passing it on to you, you can count on me any time if you need an ear. I know how hard this journey is.

Use the tools, get into habits find exercises that you really like. I chose water aerobics for a few reasons i love the water and i have bad feet. you need to find what works for you. I batch cook on weekends and plan my menues at the beggining of the week to stay on track.

I write everything down and blog my struggles, people usually read and encourage you.

Hi everyone, this is my second attempt at this, I really need some support this time. I am working on this by myself a the moment and so far I am down 16 lbs since July 1st, I am ready to get back in the saddle and get this weight off.
