There's no magic formula, unfortunately. You just have to get your head back in the game! Go back to the beginning, before you lost the initial weight. If you can, get in touch with all the emotions that propelled you into starting. Then get in touch with all the feelings you had as you began to lose. The comments that were made by others. Look at pictures of yourself; maybe start a weight loss scrapbook for accountability. Find an accountability partner that will text or e-mail you each day to see how you are doing.

Hi, I have lost 50 pounds and need to lose about another 40. I had a set back in December due to health and need to get my butt back on track, NOW! I am struggling with my restart button :-). I go to the gym and need to get back on a calorie counting routine. Thanks for listening.
