Just got home from an 8 day trip to Kentucky to see family. We did not eat well. It is hard to eat on planes and airports and strange towns! My motel internet was not friendly so I was unable to do anything on that and my Kindle Fire did not like my attempts to log on to Spark People. I just started back about 5 days before we left town and had dropped 3-4 pounds, but it's back. EEKS! But, after trying to SQUISH into an airplane seat for 6 different flights, SQUISH into a small car, SQUISH into all kinds of places not accommodating to my size, I am more determined than ever to get this weigh off!
