That's for sure Carol! Lots of restaurants post the nutritional values of their meals online which is a great service they provide for their customers. It is a win, win situation, with the restaurants as they get good advertising coverage and steady customers, that may not choose to dine at their establishment if they are not listing caloric values to their menu items.

Some friends called to meet for dinner tonight, so I decided to go online and make a plan for my meal. There was not even one semi-healthy option! I really tried to find something I would be comfortable with. Nope...nothing. So, I decided to just meet them for a glass of wine at the end of the meal. I will have something at home and still have the opportunity to socialize with my friends.
I can always find something that fits into my nutritional plan, but not this time. Dining out is full of pitfalls, I know. Before I even leave home, I find out what is available within my plan. I know everyone has this problem, so isn't the internet great!
