That is a good plan. My weakness is in and out burgers which I do treat myself once in a while. Maybe once a month. I also like Panera however they do have healthy options.

emoticon To CISSYNICHOLS and JANIS ~ When I started Spark People some years ago. I decided to boycott all fast food resturaunts for one month. The first two weeks were the hardest but in the end, I accomplished my goal. I have eaten at a fast food place perhaps a couple times,in the last 8 years, coming away with this thought in my mind, :How did I ever like that food?"

I understand the need for bowing out and coming back. I slowed down March thru July because of an illness however I stayed on my spark eating plan and now I really don't care for the things I used to crave.

I was involved with SparkPeople a few years ago. I loved the program, but life got in the way and I bowed out for a while. Well, now I am back with extra weight. I am excited be getting back in the program. emoticon
