Hang in there the scales will move again - try shaking things up - eat something different - change your exercise routine - you body gets used to the same ole thing -

Hello fellow sleevers! I was sleeved June 21, 2013 starting weight was 258 size 24 day of surgery was 232 and my current weight is at a stall for the second time at 196! I'm here looking for sleeve buddies! I also have a Facebook group called " I believe in my sleeve VSG "
