Hello. I am re-joining this team after a lengthy absence.

I want to make sure I get in atleast 30 minutes each day, but want the inspiration and motivation of this team as if I can get to that 10 minutes, it is smooth sailing to the next 20 minutes.

Hi everyone,I have been a member before,but tried to do everything at once and you know how that can go. I rejoined today, and am starting with the 10 minutes of exercise for the remainder of the month. Then will add a couple of better eating habits and increase exercise by 5 minutes. By building on the exercise habit, I will make slow, but consistent small changes. I am 63 with arthritis in knees and hands. I am looking forward to the motivation that this group offers.
