After a number of years away, I am back. The pandemic has kept me home sedentary and the pounds started to return even though I eat pretty much the same as before. There have been days I've gotten fewer than 1,000 steps, so this much change. I won't be doing ten minutes today though, as it is about that until midnight now, and I want to sleep tonight. Tomorrow is a new day though. Thank the Lord for new beginnings!
