What has helped me more than anything is getting a great pedometer.

I have 2 : a Striiv and a FitBit One. I love them both.

Seeing how close you are to the next size down is a great motivator. Also, put on an article of clothing that you wore when you first started your weight loss journey and that will help you see how far you have come!

I don't remember the last time I was on SparkPeople. But I decided last week, to take another shot it. I want and need to lose about 82 lbs by 9/2015 for my 50th birthday. I don't work outside the home, but take care of my 92 year old mother. I need to be in better shape, if I am going to continue taking care of her.

I made myself walk on the treadmill for 5 minutes today. I know it's not a lot, but it is a start I just need to hold myself accountable to do it everyday and hopefully more than once a day.
