Hi, Gingerpie! I can't speak for you, but I want to expand into reducing my acting out intense emotions at work and to increasing my consistency with minimum moderate exercise. Reinhard says to be very cautious about trying to implement too many new habits at a time.

Hi Gingerpie - I too love the NoS way of eating. I have quite a bit of weight to lose, so I'm also eating non-processed food and the combo seems to be working for me.

My favorite thing about NoS is the simplicity - when I'm hungry between meals and can't eat - eventually I just forget about it and voila the next mealtime is there!

What made it easy for you to follow this way of eating?

Karen "KD"

Hi,
I'm just stopping in to check out the forum. I usually participate at the No-s site but someone mentioned this one and it sounded interesting. No-s has really been working for me and I hope to expand the theory into other avenues of my life. Hope you all have a nice weekend.
