Thanks for your welcome. I have reached what seems to be my "happy weight" and will maintain that but I am always looking for ways to improve my diet and keep fit. Never stop learning!

Nice to meet you, Mollie. It looks like you've already figured out some strategies for losing weight. I wonder if you are looking for a long term maintenance plan. No S is certainly livable, since millions of people live close to it around the world. Vive le meal!

I am an active senior (71) who is an avid gardener and walker, vegetarian transitioning to vegan, grammy to two busy grandkids and a mom of two adult children, one in Nova Scotia, the other in Scotland. I love reading, singing in a community chorus and cooking healthy and delicious veggie fare.
