Today I will have completed one week on the No S diet. It just feels like the right way to go and I plan on sticking with it until I reach my goal with at 35 pound weight loss. I love the easy "rules" and this sounds very doable. After one week I find that I have really not missed all the snacking and sweets. I am just comfortable now when I go to bed and not feeling totally stuffed. It is a great feeling. emoticon

Yes No S for spending is something I've done on/off - I've got much better at sticking to my budget, but still lapse from time to time.

I had never heard of this plan until I came across this group the other day. After looking it up it sounds like something I can follow for life. I have also added another "No S" - no spending which for me means no spending for fast food when I can have a healthier lunch from home.

I like this plan. Although is seems simple, it will not be. No snacking, no sweets, no seconds... a great plan, I get caught up with those exact issues, and I like having a structured rule to follow. This is a great one.
