I sure am noticing improvement. Adding beet kvass was very noticeable also.
I will always have them in my life now.

An hour spent in the garden puts life's problems into perspective.
These are my thoughts exactly.

It's great. I'm only been into it for four months and already am hooked and culturing everything.
Enjoy

Hi Linda- Fermenting foods will get you that way- starts as an interest, then blossoms to an obsession! :)

Hi, I'm Linda. I have only recently been introduced to Kombucha but it was love at first taste. The idea of fermenting my own is pretty exciting to me. I like the idea of saving a little money, however, the real draw for me is the process. Makes me feel so, I don't know, wholesome. Anyway, I"ll be watching. I don't have any of the supplies and am a timid expolorer, but when I'm ready I'll have what I need to move on.

I'm so glad that I found this SparkTeam.

Well, maybe 'addict' is a little strong, but that's how it gets you, eventually! Actually, I think it's the whole process and philosophy of looking after a living organism that I'm enjoying the most. From the setting up, through the feeding and growing, to the bottling and, of course, the drinking and the benefits I feel. I look after 'it', and 'it' looks after me.... in a way!
I've learned a lot about Kombucha and how to nurture it over the years and the whole process is now a very slick operation. Usually, I'll 'brew' 4.5 litres a week, and drink it after three weeks, to allow it to mature in the bottle. I've never had a bad experience with it, apart from my initial efforts that resulted in excessive pressure in the bottles and a few catastrophic and very messy 'explosions'!
So, there's a small bit about me- what about you? emoticon
