As you can tell, I've slowed down with my Strength training, but plan on getting back on track.

My new challenge to myself is to make time to get in at least a 2 hour workout 5 days a week. I need to get my metabolism going again because I could tell that it has slowed down. I can't have that because then the scale just moves down too slowly.

As Foxy mentioned, who's ready to get their act together?

It's been like 100 days since I posted!!! I haven't been tracking my calories, but with my new job, I haven't had TIME to eat. Course, my water & exercise is also suffering. I'm trying to get back on track. Today was good!

I did well yesterday, looking forward to another great day.

D. I broke down because my children offered me some cookies and I didn't wanted to hurt their feelings. I must say the cookies were great. I am glad they ate all up.

I as well really enjoy turkey burgers and have gotten my family into them as well.

I'm trying to stay on track with my strength training, but it's kind of hard when I have company. I'll be starting back up on Monday once my MIL and her friend leaves.

Deb you are doing great. Just have to tweak it a bit to figure your caloric intake versus what you are burning with all your running. I had to do the same thing with all my walking.

I done use the food tracker much anymore. I round everything up and I know what I eat and its not easy some days to even make sure that Im eating enough.

Ok everywhere I have been reading and getting advice from my other teams. They think I am putting my calorie intake too low around 1200 and since on days I really work out I eat more because my body needs the fuel I don't think it is possible to consistently stay with in that range for 100 days; so changing goals once again. Bare with me I am trying to figure out this body of mine.

I think I will stay with range spark people has suggested for me, post my nutrients and I thought I would try staying away from red meats during the day and only allow them (very limited) at supper time.

I did great today on what I ate. I actually made my fiber intake without metamucille (yeah)Ate lots of beans and veggies. Had just a little sausage in some bean soup for supper. I hope this works!

Starting today - September 1/09 - I am going to try to eat regular, healthy meals and snacks (no more skipping and then binging), strength training 3 days a week and aerobically working with my dog for 1 hour a day at least 3 days a week. So - when is the 100 days up??? January 9th, 2010 I believe?

I am going to try my best for this month not to get over 1300 calories. I don't know if this will be reasonable for me, but I am giving it a try. If I don't start loosing within a couple to three weeks then i am going to up it a little. We will see.

On the 30th of August I was doing so well until I ate some doritos. A small bag but that's not good enough. :( TOM is approaching and I was craving for something salty. I have my game face on and I am not going down like that.

yesterday, I did great with clean eating.

I know today will be an awesome one.

Not doing very good I went over my calorie intake of 1200-1300 on the first day. I guess I should of put my supper in before eating. This is going to take some getting use to. Calorie 1,475 today.

Ok that does it! I am sick of the 160's. I get to 160.5 and bounce back up! So I thought I would add an extra kick to 100 days challenge. I have been doing good with logging my calories; so I am starting over with logging my calories and keeping them between 1200-1300. Have to do something to get some weight loss going! MAN!

Day #24 tracking my food. Yikes, I went over my calorie intake yesterday, by about 100. I really need to watch it today!

Sammy, there are loads of dessert recipes in the South Beach forum. There is this one called peanut butter and jam cookies that are absolutely delcious. You make it with natural peanut butter and splenda and sugar free jelly. They are VERY easy too. Just a thought. I am like you have to have my sweets at time. I like to buy those 60 percent choclate snack size bars for a snack also to curve my sweet tooth.

Sammy, have you thought about making healthy cookies to put your sweet tooth at ease. Or you can eat fruits..

I don't like fiber one products too much sugar..

I am failing at this!!!! Im going to start over. I just cant eat one per week and not get another one the next day.

Debbie, when I first needed help with my fiber goal. I started to buy the fiber one products, which taste great. Believe it or not, now it all comes naturally and it's no longer a problem.

Still going strong with my strength training. I'm about to start Phase 2 of Charlene Extreme. For some reason I feel like skipping to phase 3 because I've never made it that far. Then complete phase 2 next afterwards, LOL.

I'm adding low carbs to my challenge and going to try and stay around 163, which is the low end of my range. I'm giving up bread, rice & pasta for at least the next month. I've done it before, so it shouldn't bee too hard. I HOPE!

I was so tempted to eat a chocolate chip cookie today, but I resisted. I am really proud of myself. Another good day of eating clean. I did an awesome job with my carbs.

No, I used to though, but I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I also eat kashi products along with adding flax seed to my yogurts. By the end of the day I meet my fiber goal.

100 days of none of hubbys snack cakes

I was allowing myself 1 here and there but for the past week I have been having one daily.

Day 1-8/13: No Snack cake
Day 2-8/14: No Snack Cake
Day 3-8/15: No Snack Cake
Day 4-8/16: No Snack Cake
Day 5-8/17: No Snack Cake - Good thing we have just enough to last to the end of the week. Today was a struggle.
Day 6-8/18: No Snack Cake
Day 7-8/19: Had snack cake. But we were gone all day and we were in the middle of no where at the time and my stomach was growling.
Day 8-8/20: Failed again, wont even explain myself today. LOL

100 days of none of hubbys snack cakes

I was allowing myself 1 here and there but for the past week I have been having one daily.

Day 1-8/13: No Snack cake
Day 2-8/14: No Snack Cake
Day 3-8/15: No Snack Cake
Day 4-8/16: No Snack Cake
Day 5-8/17: No Snack Cake - Good thing we have just enough to last to the end of the week. Today was a struggle.
Day 6-8/18: No Snack Cake
Day 7-8/19: Had snack cake. But we were gone all day and we were in the middle of no where at the time and my stomach was growling.
Day 8-8/20: Failed again, wont even explain myself today. LOL
