Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

Welcome back! I depend on Sparkpeople. Without it I would never have been able to keep the weight off.

I'm a bit behind the eight-ball on introducing myself but better late than never. SparkPeople is the only online weight loss tool that has worked for me. My workplace even offered WW for free so I tried it but the point system doesn't work for me, so here I am, back again. I've used SP several times in the past and then once I get to my goal weight I stop tracking, and regain. Not this time! I'm going to make using it a lifetime habit. I have 13 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. Glad to be here. emoticon
